Qualifications

• 6+ years of related progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field, or a 4-year college degree with an accounting/finance concentration and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing, and in operating hotel-specific systems.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and guests, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements for the property.
• Monitor hotel revenues and expenses and ensure accurate recording per guidelines.
• Create annual budgets and perform monthly variance analyses.
