Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Engineer for the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX, where guest comfort and safety drive daily operations. You will assist guests with maintenance requests, identify problems, and perform repairs to uphold high standards of Howdy Hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Certified pool operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolves guest’s problems and handles all guest requests.
• Identifies problems, initiates work orders, completes assigned work orders, and conducts repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs.
• Complete duty rounds checklists, report, and correct noted problems.
• Responsible for correct use of EMS and Life Safety Systems; training provided.
• Performs swimming pool chemical tests and maintains pool equipment (training provided).
