Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and HVAC systems.
• Repair woodwork, walls, doors, and flooring.
• Maintain logs and records of completed tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports to supervisors in a timely manner.
