Holiday Inn of Midland is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to keep the property grounds, public areas, and parking areas in top condition. The role involves hands-on maintenance, cleaning, and guest-ready presentation while adhering to IHG standards and hotel policies.

This is a 2nd shift position, with options for PART-TIME or FULL-TIME employment. Starting wage is $17/hour and is negotiable based on experience. Benefits and advancement opportunities are described in the posting.

Formación

• Ability to interpret / extract information and perform building repair/upkeep functions.
• May require typing, record keeping, or word processing.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum formal education of a high school diploma or relevant job-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Report to work in uniform presented professionally, neat, and clean.
• Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make connections to make them feel welcome.
• Anticipate and meet guests' needs and expectations, then go the extra mile.
• Assist in maintaining the property grounds, public areas, and parking areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine cleaning tasks as listed (power wash, lawn care, snow removal).
• Maintain security of the property and assist in safety/compliance checks.
• Coordinate with other departments and document issues using the appropriate systems.
