Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, FL is seeking a Maintenance Crew II to keep the property's systems and facilities in top condition. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks across guest areas and public spaces, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include routine upkeep, safety compliance, and urgent repairs with attention to guest comfort. Prior maintenance experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel property exterior and interior, including landscaping and pool areas.
• Operate maintenance equipment and two-way radios.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and general repairs to maintain facilities.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and maintain logs for pool/spa chemicals and other equipment.
• Ensure safety by following PPE and hazard control procedures.
• Support Suite Care Program to maintain guest suites.
• Check exterior lighting and irrigation regularly.
• Follow compliance standards for safe operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
