Job summary

Everhome Suites Salem is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities in top condition, including public spaces, guest rooms, and support areas. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.
Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.
