Job summary

Homewood Chandler is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to support daily hotel operations. You will respond to work orders, perform repairs, and help keep guest rooms, public areas, and equipment in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, pool area upkeep, exterior grounds, and safe tool use. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure, with a CPO certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reported work orders and perform general repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance across hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assist with pool area maintenance following company and brand standards and local codes.
• Maintain external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Keep maintenance areas and equipment clean, organized and secured.
• Maintain basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operate common power and hand tools safely.
• Assist team members and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
