Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, meeting spaces and public areas in line with property standards. You will perform scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and associates.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible shifts including weekends, and a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats and changing light bulbs.
• Inspect appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture for proper function.
• Follow safety policies and complete required safety training.
