Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of engineering, building or property management or supervisory experience.
• Two years of HVAC systems experience preferred in hospitality, property or building management.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, life safety systems, pools, preventive maintenance programs and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grounds, engineering and maintenance operations to meet company standards and maintain assets at the highest levels.
• Inspect facilities to ensure furniture, fixtures and equipment are in proper working condition and supplies are stocked.
• Assign and supervise repair work orders; ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Inspect and evaluate the facilities to determine required work types.
• Maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain accurate files for inspections, licenses and contracts.
• Manage security procedures and key control.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Engineering department.
