Job summary

The Hilton DC National Mall is seeking a skilled Engineer responsible for refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general hotel building maintenance. You will respond to HotSos requests and follow management directions.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, reading blueprints, and ensuring energy conservation while working closely with other departments. The role requires 1-3 years of general engineering experience and a strong commitment to guest

Qualifications

• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on hotel HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize tasks with management guidance.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with safety policies.
• Document activities and reports for shift handover.
