Job summary

Hilton Overland Park North is seeking an Engineer to maintain hotel facilities, ensuring safety and comfort for guests while supporting daily operations.

You will handle repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, respond to service requests promptly, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime, while documenting work and aligning with Hilton's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building facilities maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry issues.
• Commitment to safety and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
