Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Hotel Maintenance professional to perform a range of routine to skilled building and equipment maintenance tasks. You will help ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe, functional, and well‑maintained while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with housekeeping to keep rooms ready and clean.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; 3–6 months’ related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and facilities for operation; diagnose issues and repair or replace parts as needed.
• Service and adjust heating, boilers, and HVAC components; test safety devices and water flow.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs to machinery and facilities per standard procedures; may lift up to 100 pounds.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to prioritise and resolve maintenance needs.
