Job summary

Courtyard Memphis Downtown is seeking a Server/Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. This full‑time role serves food and beverages across the Bistro, bar, banquet spaces, and event areas, and supports guest service with basic beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.

Flexibility is required for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts; applicants should have hospitality experience and may need food-handler or alcohol-service credentials. The hotel operates seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food/service industry preferred.
• Food-handler or alcohol-service credentials may be required.
• Basic beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in the Bistro, bar, banquet spaces, and event areas.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Set up and break down event spaces and maintain clean service areas.
• Prepare and present drinks as required by the venue.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team.
