Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations. Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance; report to the General Manager and collaborate on F&B strategy and standards.

Role requires leadership of FOH teams, budget development, and ensuring health and safety compliance while leveraging Marriott systems like Opera PMS and Micros/Simphony.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years restaurant/banquet management experience.
• Bachelor or 4-year degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• Proven budgeting, cost control, and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations.
• Manage banquet events from setup to breakdown and coordinate with Sales/Catering.
• Lead FOH staff, schedule, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and manage F&B budgets, labor forecasts, and cost controls; monitor P&L.
