Stonebridge in Boston, MA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department across all hotel areas, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and inventory, collaborate with the General Manager, control costs, and implement department programs.

A 5+ year supervisory background and a hospitality degree are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel.
• Experience managing housekeeping operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop schedules within budget.
