Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage cleaning and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency while promoting a positive and productive environment.

Your responsibilities will include managing and training housekeeping staff, coordinating daily operations, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards, managing inventory, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining safety protocols. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Core Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of guest rooms and report deficiencies to management to maintain compliance with hotel standards.
  • Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Implement and uphold safety procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (if applicable).
  • Adhere to key control protocols to ensure the security of guest rooms and hotel property.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping or hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and using ladders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.
  • Physically capable of working from ladders, moving furniture, operating cleaning equipment, and handling cleaning chemicals.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
