Your responsibilities will include managing and training housekeeping staff, coordinating daily operations, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards, managing inventory, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining safety protocols. Core Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections of guest rooms and report deficiencies to management to maintain compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Implement and uphold safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (if applicable).
• Adhere to key control protocols to ensure the security of guest rooms and hotel property.
