Job description

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand/Medic for a 100m+ yacht

The role will be predominantly as a Deckhand, but you will serve as First Aid Responder/Medic when needed.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 season experience
• STCW Medical First Aid certificate essential – (STCW Medical Care is preferred)
• PowerBoat L2 essential
• Confident tender driver
• Strong swimmer, familiar with watersports
• Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
• Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
• Proactive and positive mindset

Start date: 20 June

Location: Med

Salary: EUR 3000+ DOE

Leave: 4:2 rotation

Vessel and itinerary – Busy private vessel, dual season Med for summer, winter cruising Indian Ocean and beyond.
