Burgess Yachts is seeking an experienced deckhand for a busy 100m+ yacht with a worldwide itinerary. The role includes working aloft and requires skills in watersports and tender operations. Candidates should hold a Navigational Watch Rating and preferably be progressing towards a Yacht Master Offshore. This position offers a competitive salary and performance bonuses.

Job description

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced deckhand for a 100m+ yacht

This is an exciting opportunity to work onboard a very busy private M/Y with a worldwide itinerary. The ideal candidate will have one or more watersports qualifications and ideally working towards their Yacht Master Offshore.

Requirements

• Navigational Watch Rating in hand
• Yacht Master Offshore ideally not essential
• PSCRB a plus
• Working Aloft Certificate beneficial
• Watersports knowledge and experience
• Proven longevity on large yachts
• Confident tender and tender crane driver

Start date: 1 July

Location: Greece

Salary: EUR 3500 DOE, plus performance bonus

Leave: 4:2 rotation

Vessel and itinerary – Busy private vessel, dual season Med for summer, winter cruising Indian Ocean and beyond.
