Responsibilities

• Lead and work with room attendants and other staff of the hotel while providing excellent guest service and adherence to Marriott brand standards.
• Be responsible for the success of the Housekeeping department, inventory, scheduling, etc.
• Assist to assure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use. At times, may be required to clean guest rooms.
• Support guest security and safety as part of maintaining the safety of the property.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel or make recommendations about the local area.
• Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel\'s policies and procedures and service and care culture.
