Job summary

SpringHill Suites-Atlanta Perimeter in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department, ensure quality guest care, and drive staffing, training, and scheduling. You will oversee daily operations, budget preparation, and inventory management to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires directing team members, enforcing policies, and coordinating with leadership to maintain excellent guest experiences at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department
• Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
• Supervises all housekeeping employees hires new employees as needed, discharges employees when necessary and take disciplinary actions when policies are not followed
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget

Description
