Job summary

Hilton Appleton Paper Valley is seeking a SPECIAL EVENT SECURITY GUARD to monitor and patrol the hotel, ensuring guest and employee safety and protecting hotel assets. The role requires patrolling on foot, emergency response, and coordination with staff in a busy hotel environment.

The position may include varying shifts as the hotel operates 24/7. Prior security or related experience is preferred, with strong communication and the ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property on foot to identify safety risks and enforce hotel policies.
• Respond to emergencies calmly, coordinate with teams, and document incidents.
• Answer security calls and escort guests or staff as needed to parking areas.
