Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for hotel systems in a historic Santa Fe property. You will ensure safety, respond promptly to guest needs, and coordinate with vendors when needed.

The role requires 3-4 years of hotel maintenance experience, a high school diploma (technical training preferred), and the ability to read technical instructions and operate hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Must have experience maintaining hotel systems and equipment.
• Experience with safety procedures and on-call maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems including HVAC, water, sewage, and electrical systems.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel fire, water, sewage, and irrigation systems.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and handle emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and log essential information in engineering logs.
• Be available for on-call status as required.
