Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group in Anaheim seeks an Engineer Tech to maintain the hotel's mechanical systems and support daily operations. You will perform maintenance tasks, ensure fire and safety inspections are completed, and manage the preventative maintenance program to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of hotel facilities/engineering experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services for a hotel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to monitor contractor activity.
• Lifting up to 75 pounds and carrying up to 25 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines training.
• Maintain a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss scope, products and materials used in repairs.
• Obtain pricing and bids as directed.
