Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with energy management systems and CMMS software
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment (boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical)

Responsibilities

• Maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems
• Paint and refinish surfaces, wallpaper, and related carpentry tasks
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and mechanical equipment
• Inspect and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment and machineries
• Repair and install wood fixtures and flooring across hotel facilities
