Suites by Hilton West Sacramento is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to ensure a safe, efficient, well‑maintained hotel environment. The role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates shift activities, and takes charge in the Chief Engineer's absence to keep guest areas in optimal condition.

The candidate should have at least 2 years as an engineer in hotel operations, with strong electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge, plus supervisory and guest‑service skills.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as an Engineer in a hotel setting (Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt or other brands).
• Thorough knowledge of general repairs and maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Review work orders and assign priorities.
• Coordinate engineering staff across shifts.
• Take full responsibility for the engineering department in the Chief Engineer's absence.
• Complete work orders promptly and maintain clean, orderly mechanical areas.
• Inspect public areas daily for issues and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, fixtures).
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program and keep records up to date.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and locations of shut-offs.
• Assist guests in emergencies and support environmental goals of the property.
