Job summary

Ascent Hospitality in Chattanooga seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will plan, schedule, and assign tasks, while maintaining a proactive preventive maintenance program and enforcing safety policies.

You will lead a small team, coach staff, estimate costs, and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Lead maintenance experience as a supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
• Understand OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Experience with fire equipment and life safety programs.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
