Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking an Engineer III to perform preventative and repair maintenance for our hotels. You will conduct room inspections, identify repair needs, and ensure adherence to quality standards while delivering friendly guest service.

Responsibilities include installing and repairing sheetrock, painting, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and repairing furnishings. You will manage maintenance records and follow safety guidelines to maintain guest satisfaction and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hotel engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• 1-2 years of industrial mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance to hotel facilities.
• Inspect rooms to identify repair needs and ensure safety standards.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings; paint designated areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen and industrial laundry equipment.
• Install, replace and program electrical fixtures and lighting.
• Repair furniture and fixtures; maintain records of maintenance work.
• Perform plumbing tasks and repair water lines; maintain equipment.
