You will lead a team, coordinate vendor contracts, manage small projects, and maintain life safety systems while upholding HHM values and brand standards. This role requires HVAC certification and a proactive maintenance mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school coursework in related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience required or equivalent training.
• Certifications may be required.
• HVAC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand/hotel standards and HHM values.
• Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs.
• Manage bids, quotes and contracts for 3rd-party vendors.
• Oversee projects and manage progress reports for PM tasks.
• Maintain life safety systems and ensure 100% operation.
