Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering and customer service experience, hospitality industry preferred.
• Should be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English in order to communicate with guests and team members.
• Have a strong attention to details.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Engineering department and supervise staff training.
• Supervising projects from start to completion and evaluating associated costs.
• Approve designs and budgets for projects.
• Delegate tasks to Engineering teams and manage safety and compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of systems and equipment.
• Respond to guest concerns and negotiate effective resolutions.
• Maintain life safety system layouts and monitor for safety risks.
• Lead efforts to improve hospitality experience through reliable engineering support.
