Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in NYC seeks a Chief Engineer to lead and supervise all Engineering staff and hotel maintenance. You will ensure preventive maintenance, monitor life safety systems, and manage adherence to codes and standards to protect assets, guests, and associates.

You will apply your expertise in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, HVAC, and CPO certifications to keep the property running smoothly and safely, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar hotel position (NYC)
• HVAC and CPO certifications required
• Strong leadership and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance expertise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Engineering staff and hotel maintenance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintain FF&E, grounds, pool and related facilities to protect guests and assets.
