Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and motivates staff to maintain and repair systems and equipment.
• Counsels, coaches, disciplines and documents performance; rewards strong performers.
• Maintains records in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Ensures staff are properly trained and licensed per guidelines.
• Communicates regularly with all levels of employees.
• Develops property operations budgets, forecasts and utility accruals.
• Utilizes internal staff or outside vendors to maintain systems within budget.
• Supervise outside contractors to uphold property standards.
• Responds to guests' maintenance requests and resolves issues efficiently.
