Job summary

AC Missoula is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, train staff, and manage projects. You will coordinate engineering scheduling, assist in budgeting, and ensure safe, compliant hotel operations.

The role requires strong English communication, supervisory capability, and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or refrigeration trades. On-site Missoula location with comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: high school or equivalent preferred; 3+ years in related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; license requirements applicable to property.
• Experience in budgeting helpful and knowledge of trades (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Engineering staff; oversee all projects and scheduling.
• Assist in creating and adhering to annual department budgets.
• Maintain safety systems, respond to alarms, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain facilities including pool and spa operations and energy management.
