White Lodging’s Courtyard Austin Downtown is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to uphold hotel maintenance and safety standards. You will support the Chief Engineer and manage repairs, HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks while keeping operations smooth for guests and colleagues.

Ideal candidates bring ability to read blueprints, a valid driver's license, and 1–3 years in hotel facilities maintenance, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints, specifications and operating instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and basic safety knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year trade school or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years hotel facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL and guest expectations.
• Support Chief Engineer in overseeing the Engineering function.
• Perform repairs and installations safely and neatly.
• Provide advice and support to other engineers as needed.
• Identify and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues.
• Maintain materials, tools, and supplies and coordinate with supervisors.
