• Maintains and oversees preventative maintenance across hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical.
• Monitors utility consumption and ensures projects are completed on time.
• Adheres to OSHA lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards.
• Performs guestroom and public area maintenance and keeps logs of activities.
• Responds to safety, security concerns, and emergencies as required.
• Attends monthly staff meetings and supports event space and kitchen equipment maintenance.
