Job summary

Texas Western Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineer for the TownePlace Suites in Plano, TX. The role focuses on leading maintenance activities, ensuring safety inspections are completed, and managing repairs and work orders with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance, with leadership experience and strong communication skills. A professional image and ability to work with vendors are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with co-workers and supervisor.
• Ensure fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administer preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete training on safety, security, and service guidelines.
