Landmark Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer for Comfort Inn South Oceanfront in Nags Head, NC. You will lead maintenance efforts, supervise daily repairs, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet top standards.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in a hotel or commercial setting.
• Journeyman experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC trade.
• Knowledge and experience in budgeting and expense control.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from Chief Engineer and review priorities and special projects.
• Active management in the supervision of all work and repairs being performed.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.
• Complete responsibility for maintaining the hotel's appearance, equipment and systems.
• Focus on quality and service standards aligned with the company mission.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance to guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle chemicals for designated uses/surfaces according to hotel requirements.
