Caribe Royale in Kissimmee, FL seeks an Assistant Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency of hotel facilities. You will lead engineering staff, coordinate preventative maintenance, and manage service requests to uphold guest satisfaction.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing knowledge and a commitment to safety. You will monitor budgets, train associates, and ensure regulatory compliance on a daily basis.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years related engineering/maintenance experience.
• HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing experience required.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises day-to-day operations of Engineering.
• Maintains and operates equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Handle service requests, dispatch staff and contractors.
• Plan and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with Engineering policies and safety regulations.
• Manage department expenses to meet budget goals.
• Participate in procurement of engineering supplies and equipment.
• Inspect facilities to determine work requirements.
• Arrange for painting, repairs, renovations, and equipment replacement.
• Oversee safety training and emergency procedures.
