Job summary

You will oversee budgeting, energy management, asset protection, and contractor relations, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and maintain high guest service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8–10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience managing a large team.
• Experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
• Certified Pool Operator certification.
• Strong budgeting, energy management, and preventive maintenance skills.
• Proficient with computer-based facilities management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all aspects of engineering operations, including emergency and security programs.
• Develop annual budgets and business plans, monitor energy use and labor costs.
• Oversee maintenance contracts, asset improvements, and procurement.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders; monitor completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through reliable maintenance and service.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
• Handle payroll, shift reports, inventory, scheduling.
