Avion Hospitality in Memphis is seeking an Engineering Supervisor responsible for operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment. You will supervise the Maintenance staff and participate in preventative maintenance, handling guest requests and work orders.

The role requires guiding the Engineering department, ensuring safety, and performing trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing. Driving shuttle may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Maintenance staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and repairs.
• Participate in the preventative maintenance program.
• Handle guest requests and maintenance work orders promptly.
• Perform trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.
