Hilton at Embassy Suites Orlando-Airport is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the safety and performance of the property’s systems and infrastructure. You will lead facilities operations, from HVAC to life safety, and drive maintenance programs to ensure a premier guest experience.

You will direct capital projects, budgeting, and scheduling while ensuring regulatory compliance. A strong focus on leadership, integrity and teamwork is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facility operations with focus on safety and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills for a hospitality property.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations: manage buildings, mechanical/electrical/HVAC, life safety and grounds per regulations.
• Oversee facility maintenance: inspections, energy management, preventive maintenance.
• Direct capital projects: scheduling, budgeting, bidding, permitting and compliance.
• Drive daily operations: guest service, product quality, inventory, and standards.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and development.
