SPIRE Hospitality, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer at Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter in Covington, KY. This role ensures the property remains safe, efficient, and visually appealing for guests and staff.

You'll lead rehabilitation and renovation projects, manage energy and preventive maintenance programs, and train team members on proper equipment use. On-site, full-time with opportunities for professional growth in a hospitality-led environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or apprenticeship recognized by the industry.
• Three years’ experience in hotel building maintenance.
• One year’s experience as head or Assistant Chief Engineer in similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures hotel facilities meet high standards of functionality and guest-appeal.
• Directs rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects for the property.
• Maintains energy management and preventative maintenance programs.
• Trains operations departments on safe/effective equipment use.
• Oversees repairs in public spaces, meeting rooms, back-of-house areas, and grounds.
• Assigns and tracks completion of repairs and renovations.
