Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a courteous Parking Attendant in Philadelphia. You will greet guests, assist with curbside service, and coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, and ability to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends. You will perform safety checks, maintain a clean work area, and report any issues promptly. SP+ is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write English exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist hotel guests arriving and departing the hotel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Hail taxi cabs for guests and dispatch taxis to hotel or loading points.
• Provide accurate information and directions regarding the hotel and surrounding area.
• Monitor the entrance for any suspicious activity and report safety issues.
• Drive hotel vehicles short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete other duties as assigned.
