Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work varied shifts; weekends may be required.
• Prior customer service and hotel experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must read and write English exceptionally well.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and assist with curbside service and taxi requests.
• Dispatch taxis and provide directions and information about nearby areas.
• Monitor entrances for safety and communicate with drivers and staff.
• Write reports on operational deviations and maintain the work area.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
