Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support our hotel operations and guest experience. You will operate the dishwasher, sanitize dishes, and assist with hand washing when needed, contributing to a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role supports a culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 8 hours, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push and perform basic kitchen duties.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Demonstrates honesty, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Hand wash items not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Restock supplies in assigned areas and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties including mopping floors and waste removal.
