Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and safety in our kitchen, ensuring all dishware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized to support the culinary team.

You will wash and sanitize items by hand or with equipment, polish flatware, and help keep the wash area safe and orderly, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation in a high-demand hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required
