Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phoenix is looking for an energetic Dishwashing professional to support the kitchen and dining areas by cleaning utensils and service ware, ensuring cleanliness and order, and aiding cooks and servers as needed.

The role requires following strict cleaning procedures, maintaining health standards, and providing a safe, welcoming environment for guests. This is an on-site position with a fast-paced team in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine per hotel and health department standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and wash promptly to proper standards.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water as required.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly for cooks.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks using hotel-approved products.
• Clean and dry floors to prevent slip hazards.
• Separate linen from debris.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
