Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group LLC in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Hotel Development Manager to support due diligence, entitlements, forecasting, and design development for new assets. You will coordinate with design, construction, finance, asset management, F&B, and operations to deliver openings on time and on budget.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, oversee general contractors, and align with the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.

Qualifications

Must be detail oriented.
Must have strong English grammar and spelling.
Must be highly organized with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

Generate financial and investor reports on a timely basis.
Create, maintain, and improve budgets and reports.
Assist VP of Design and Construction with budgeting, entitlements, project design, and development tasks.
Assist and coordinate with other Development Managers in a team approach to project management.
Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and promote a positive environment.
Represent Vision’s core values with vendors, contractors, and others outside the organization.
For Direct Assigned Development Projects, manage budget, schedule, quality, and reporting.
