Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. seeks a Dual General Manager to lead the operations of Hampton Inn & Home2Suites in East Ridge, Tennessee, near Camp Jordan Parkway. The role covers hiring, training, budgeting, revenue management, guest and owner satisfaction, and reporting, with a focus on living the ONE TEAM.

ONE VISION philosophy across teams. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of dual hotel experience, with AGM or operations management background preferred, and a passion for driving

Qualifications

• Must have minimum one year of dual hotel experience; AGM or operations management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage safety, security, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of assigned hotels including hiring, training, budgeting, sales, guest service and satisfaction, and reporting.
• Lead the team to achieve company goals and metrics under the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and monitor performance.
• Lead Sales & Marketing efforts and deliver exceptional guest service results.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements.
