Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC's Hotel Deco in Omaha is seeking a Van Driver to shuttle guests, assist with luggage, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and excellent communication skills to ensure every ride feels like a VIP experience.

Daily Pay and benefits are offered after the waiting period, including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, 401k, and additional hospitality

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coworkers with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a sharp appearance and reliable attendance.
• Load/unload luggage, assist with check-ins/check-outs, escort guests to rooms, deliver messages or packages.
• Stay updated on area attractions and transport options; provide maps and directions to guests.
• Keep the van clean, transport guests on scheduled runs, and demonstrate hotel spaces when needed.
• Support guest services by answering inquiries and assisting with room changes while following policies.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Superstars: Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
• Guest Assistance Experts: Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
• Local Resource Guides: Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
• Driving Professionals: Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• Team Players: Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
