Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee, connected with Miller Time Pub, is seeking a Cook II to join the kitchen team. You will set up and maintain food production operations, ensure quality control, and uphold health and sanitation standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role offers a full-time, hourly position with a pay rate of $20.16 per hour, plus meal benefits, parking, and career growth opportunities within Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Previous cooking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to obtain sanitation and food service certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes.
• Monitor storage, portion sizes, stocks, and sauces.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet Health Department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational.
• Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.
• Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.
• Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation.
